Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Afodar, including our website, dashboard, customer follow-up tools, booking pages, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Afodar for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

1. Who may use Afodar and your account

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. Keep your account credentials confidential, provide accurate account information, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

2. The Service

Afodar helps businesses manage customer information, schedule follow-up reminders, and receive appointment requests through public booking pages. Features and supported communication channels may change as the Service develops. Email delivery and third-party services can be delayed or unavailable, so Afodar does not guarantee that every message will be delivered or that using the Service will result in repeat visits or revenue.

3. Your responsibilities and customer data

You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use it. In particular, you agree to:

  • Collect, use, and share customer information only when you have a lawful basis and have given any notices or obtained any consent required by applicable law.
  • Use accurate contact details, honor opt-outs and customer requests, and ensure your messages are appropriate and lawful.
  • Not use Afodar to send spam, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content, or to violate another person's privacy or rights.
  • Keep your own copies of information you need and promptly correct or remove information that should no longer be used.

You retain your rights in the customer information you provide. You authorize Afodar and the providers we use to process that information as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

Afodar offers a 14-day free trial and a single subscription with monthly or yearly billing. The 14-day trial is app access only: no payment method or subscription is required, and it does not automatically convert to a paid plan. When the trial ends, dashboard access pauses until you choose a plan and complete checkout. The applicable monthly or yearly price is charged at checkout and each renewal period. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or another payment provider shown at checkout; that provider may apply its own terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the subscription area of your account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access generally continues through the already-paid period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and remains subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use and suspension

Do not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or abuse its systems, or use it in a way that could impair service for others. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, address non-payment, or prevent harm. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Afodar intellectual property

Afodar and its software, branding, and materials are owned by Afodar or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and your payment obligations, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes while your account is active. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Afodar intellectual property to you.

7. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Afodar useful and available, but the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Afodar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. To the extent permitted by law, Afodar’s total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the subscription fees you paid to Afodar for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Termination and changes

You may stop using Afodar and cancel your subscription at any time. We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify account holders. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.

10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact Afodar using the support contact provided on our website or in your account.
